Our primary goal at El Cholito is your 100% Satisfaction. If you are not happy with your hot sauce purchase we will exchange, issue a store credit, or refund your money...Guaranteed!
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If by chance your El Cholito order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us immediately at customerservice@elcholito.com so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be replaced or credits issued. If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses. Please contact us first at customerservice@elcholito.com so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Shipping
El Cholito Hot Sauce offers shipping of all our hot sauces within the US and Internationally. Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated via real-time using published FEDEX and USPS rates based upon exact weight, size, and exact destination zip code.
